Priority Visa application

Hello
I submitted my VAF4A online as this is compulsory; and i chose the standard option which says settlement visas will take up to 60 days. When i checked online it said 75% is completed in 15 days in Singapore so I was shocked to see this after I submitted my application.
I really want to use the priority service now but I have already submitted it; can I pay for the additional fees to the visa centre online, and then when I attend my appointment next week tell them I want a priority service?
