curtailment after separation

Hi

we are in tier 1 visa, me and my wife got separated now, she is still in the uk.

i would like to know after reporting to Manchester curtailment team, how long it takes to get an acknowledgement, also how long it might take to get curtailment.

apart from providing information to home office, is there any documents that i need to submit?

please shed some light here,
