PROOF OF INDEPENDENCY FOR EEA /SWISS FAMILY PERMIT

HI THERE,

I need some help for applying EEA Family permit. My mother was marry in UK she is a filipina and married an EU citizen. They applying an EEA family permit for me i am 28 years old and single no children my first application has been refused coz my documents lacking an proof of evidence that im wholly financially dependent, thats why they stated at the refusal message that they are not satisfied that im wholly dependent. My mother and my EU step father was reapply again and theres no result yet coz it's so recent here is my document.
1. Application form
2. Appointment form
3. Passport Imre
4. Passport Gemma
5. Marriage certificate
6. Payslip
7. Supporting letter
8. Lloyds bank statement
9. BFC money transfer
10. Transferwise money transfer
11. Employment contract
12. Employment contract payrise letter
13.MY birth certificate authentic and normal.
14. Of course Passport
15. Original Money transfer receipt. Some of this receipt can be seen also in BFC money transfer.

This including my all transaction receipt or money transfer that would be a proof.
Questions
1. I live with my siblings in one addresse here in our country and my mom mostly addressed it to my brother for our financial. It will be okay to use this receipt as proof even that all of the money transfer is not addressed to me?

2. I have only 2 receipts that addressed to me but it is so recent may 3 weeks before i reapply an family permit is this okay?
