Can I bring my wife to the UK if I am under FLR (FP) Visa

Hi Everyone,

My name is Hoang. I'm from Vietnam.

I came to the UK in 08/2008 and finish my BA Degree on 2/2012. By then, I applied for Tier 1 Post Study Work Visa but got rejected because of my financial situation. However, I appealed and won the case. Home Office had decided to allow my appeal on Human Rights grounds.

So currently, I am staying in the UK under "Family and Private Life Visa 10 years route" (D-LTRP.1.1 of Appendix FM) and my 1st 30 months leave to remain is valid from 20/06/2013 to 20/12/2015. According to the letter from Home Office, I will be able to extend for another 30 months after my current Visa expired and will be able to apply for ILR after 120 months .

However, I would like to apply for my wife to come over here with me as soon as possible (she is currently in Vietnam) then we will extend our Visa together at the end of this year for another 30 months.

1. In this case, may I sponsor my wife to come to the UK base on my Visa?
2. What form should my wife use to apply?

I would strongly appreciate if you could provide me with clear instructions and informations.
