Standard Visit Visa

Hi,

I want to invite my father to UK on a visit for 3/4 weeks. I will provide him accommodation and will also sponsor him financially. I am on Tier 2 sponsored visa. So, could you please tell me that what docs do I need to provide and what docs my father needs to provide with his visa application.
