Confused about financial requirements - HELP

I am on ILR planning to marry my fiancee outside UK and apply for her visa in September straight after ceremony
I am completing an applocation form on 20th august to ensure i get an appointment for the date in sept as i will need to return back.
she is in a middle of a course and dont want to travel till dec. considering the delay, i thought its easy to apply early.

My question no 1
I thought spouse visa was initially valid for 27 months allowing the applicant to travel within 3 months.
Now i read that spouse visa is being issued for 1 month? Does that mean that applicant has to travel within this 1 month validity period???

My question no 2
I have been with the same employer for more than 6 months. Actually been with them since 2011, i got a salary hike in april 2015, and i get paid end of the month. So in sept, i will be able to show my april end salary,may end,june end,july end, aug end showing my new salary. In march end payslip, my old salary is shown which was still over £18600 gross. Is that ok?

I was anyways submitting my payslips from july 2014 till aug 2015. And my bank statements from 19-07-2014 till 20/08/2015. I am trAvelling on 28th aug so i will request my bank statements on 20-08-2015(before my aug salay is credited on 28-08)
Will that be ok? As my aug bank statements wont show my aug salary even though i have submitted aug payslip. If i only submit my payslips till july 15, will my spouse's visa get refused since its not witin 28 days rule when i submit my application for my spouse.

Question 1
Spouse visa are issued for 30 or 33 months initially. The 27 months you refer to are the old rules pre July 2012 and not applicable to your spouse.
The new requirement now is that visas are issued for 30 days and the applicant needs to collect their BRP within 10 days of arriving in the UK. Some people have received visas in their passports for the 33 months while some have received the 30 days one. Not sure if it depends on where you are applying from though.

You could ask the visa to be post dated by no more than 3 months from application date.

When you say i can get my spouse to post data, is this after and once my spouse's visa gets approved?
