UK Citizen - Moroccan wife who is Pregnant

Post by Spacecakes » Wed Aug 05, 2015 5:21 pm

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help. i married a Morrocan who is now 5 months pregnant. i have recently got my marriage certificate done in morocco so that is out of the way.

what options do i have to take her out of morrocco. ideally i dont really want my child to be born in morocco so what would be the best options to avoid this.

i personally would not mind living in europe, i just want to be with my wife and soon to be child.

Regards

You have a choice, which ever suits your circumstances.
1. If you are earning a minimum of £18,600 per annum and your wife is able to pass the A1 level English test, apply for a spouse visa for her to join you in the UK. https://www.gov.uk/join-family-in-uk/overview

2. Re-locate to an EU state and apply for an EEA permit for her to join you there.
