Employment During Visa Processing - FLR(M)

Hi, I know that during the visa processing time that your previous visa (if you had one) becomes "extended" in a way - for me, I was on Tier 4, and so my employment options are the same as I had on that. However, how do I prove this is the case to potential employers? I'm submitting my FLRM this week. Thanks for any advice!
