Appeal sent after 14 days.... what will happen

So we received letter on the 23rd September from HO that the visa application was rejected, but we had the right to appeal.

We went to the solicitor on the 25th and said we wanted to appeal, paid our fee etc.

She contacted me today to say she had forgotten to submit it, and will submit it today.

It is outside the 14 days and we are freaking out.... she says it will be fine as it is her error, not ours and she can explain it was her and not us.....

Anyone had a similar situation? Will it be ok?

It will now be up to a duty judge at the Tribunal to decide whether to admit it or not.

If they refuse to admit, you should consider a complaint to the SRA

Are you sure it is 14 days? I thought it was 28 days?
