Hi am applying for extension on bases of married to british citizen and using Flr m forum ,

Kindly help me with these 2 questions please if you can .

1.Immigration health surcharge complete
I tried to book online a premium appointment and ukba website asked me to pay for Immigration health surcharge complete . i couldn't find the early dates for premium appointment as my visa is ending - so i am planning to do a postal application .
my question is can i use the same Immigration health surcharge reference number on application forum as i have paid for it ?

2. me and my british wife completly meet the income threshold by joining our salried income.however we live with my father in law- its a bunglow with 3 bed room and 1 dining room and Spam and toilet.
me and my wife and my father in law and mother in law live in that property .i pay 400 £ rent .is that acceptable by ukba? as some where i read that i must have seprate accomodation and only my wife and me should live there?
