will I be successful this time? spouse visa?

Hi everybody I have been a silent reader of this forum since 2013. I firstly applied for my husbands spouse visa on 5th September 2013. And my employment started in November 2012. I did not realise that I had to be earning 18600 for 12 months so then I withdrew my application and got it back on 28.08.14. The reason it took so long is because the financial requirement was being challenged at court so my application was put on hold for nearly a year. I then re applied on 17.10.14 but this time I got my refusal on the 15.01.15. The ridiculous reason they gave was because I was paid in cash I should have put every penny into my bank account to match my payslips. So If I got £365 a week I should put the full £365 in the bank. Not even 1p less then this. I have now re applied again on 19 November and bio metrics on 23rd November. This time I supplied the following docs

A few spare passport size photos of my husband
Husbands birth certificate
Tb test
Ielts english pass certificate
My p60 from both jobs
6 months payslips from job one shows fixed total of £1126.67p per month and the last payslip wage has gone up so it shows £1161.33
6 months payslips show fixed amount of £457.60 per month for job 2. Sometimes pay can be more due to overtime but never less.
The above amounts are before tax.
I get paid cheque for job one and job 2 is direct bank.
I am providing all cheque receipts from the bank showing that I cashed cheque in to my account.
I provided 6 months of bank statement for both jobs
Provided letter employment for both jobs
2 property inspection reports. One from solicitor and another from lettings agent.
Land registry docs
Utility bills under my name
Letter from the owner of the house who is my brother in law that I can live their and so can my husband once he gets visa.
Sponsorship undertaking form
Copies of my passport bio pages and all stamps of every time I been to see my husband. These have been notarised by solicitor.
Flight tickets.
Photos of our wedding and of other time spent together.
January viber calls
WhatsApp calls from February to September
Skype calls January to September
Eid cards. Birthday cards.

Will I be successful this time ?

It seems to me you should be ok, all things being equal, like relationship, conduct or character, and English language.
