Post by aniya » Wed Oct 24, 2007 1:05 pm

hi everyone ..
i was researching and i was confuse again about the ticket ...
if I'm leaving UK to fly for HONG KONG( im born in HK and hold BNO passport)..to get my registry marriage done in HK with my husband who is british..
then as im intending to apply for spouse visa back to UK..
what ticket am i supposed to buy from here..return or single...
i have overstayed in UK for a few months..and we want to do things the right way..

i was just wondering if i buy return ticket will the ECO think i have fully planned my intention of returning to UK ...
will this have any affect on my case,...i'm just soooo confused about the question when they ask what would u do if we reject u...have u got a plan B..

its just that i read a few post where it says that they have been refused coz of this question ...i really dont know what to say...

Having a return ticket should not have an effect on your application. However, if you are concerned, it is up to you to show them! are you required to submit them????? your answer

Once you have the visa you can get any ticket you want. I seriously recommend that you do not buy the ticket until you have been granted the visa.
