English Language requirements

I’m about to apply for a Spouse settlement visa. Please i want to ask the seniors if Statement of result, letter from Uni attesting that degree was taught and researched in English and points based calculator print out showing degree meets English language requirement (10 points ) will be enough supporting documents to show spouse meets English Language requirements? Urgent answer required please.
