my brother just got married in the uk last three weeks,i was invited but my visa application was refused.he is on a working holiday visa .the ECO said my bank statements are fake which is not true but the other issue he said was that my brother went to the uk as a working holiday maker and it appears from his documents i.e bank statements for 6 months and payslips that he is working full time in the uk which is contrary to the terms of his visa i.e breaching the terms of his visa so he is not satisfied i ll come back to nigeria.
my brother has been in the uk for 16 months and said he d worked for 2 weeks more over the 12 months before he stopped working.he will be applying for his flr(M) next week.
i just want to know if the embassy in nigeria would have sent his details to home office to verify how long he has been working and how this will affect his application because he is not happy with it at all and his mind seem not to be at rest.
