Change to VAF4

Hi All

I have noticed that the new settlement form VAF4 includes a section about the applicant's finances.

My husband is in Pakistan and his bank account does not issue statements, but he has a cheque book and card and reciepts for all funds added.

He is doing rent-a-car business there (self-employed)

I'm in full time permanant employment.

Please tell me are they now considering the applicant's finances also or just the sponsor's?
