FLR (M) VISA FOR FAMILY

Post by a--R » Sun Feb 07, 2016 7:07 pm

Hi all,

i am hoping to get my ILR in December 2016 with 10 years LR. Currently i am on entrepreneur visa expiring in April 2017.I have all my business paper work ready for my application in case if they ask me.

my question is actually regarding my family stay after getting ILR.

I have two kids one born in UK 2015 and other born in Pakistan in 2011 came to UK on 2012.Mrs is with me on my dependent since 2010.

i would like to ask members and senior members that what income requirement i would be needing to prove.

i am on entrepreneur visa right now and running an business with two employee & taking salary around £12000 yearly.

My Mrs also working and earning around £9000 yearly.

my questions are as follows

1- would combine income from company and her salary from her job acceptable?
2-how much we would need to show in total?
3-do i need to show money for kid born in uk?
4- what are the best options FLR M OR FLR FP?
5-if our combine income is acceptable then what documents i will required to show for both of our incomes.

any help regard to this would be really helpful and appreciated.

Thanks for reading.

SR

1. Yes, joint income is accepted but you don't appear earn sufficient even jointly.

2. You need to have an income (joint or single) of £27,200pa for spouse + 3 children.

3. If you apply for FLR(M) for your wife and child born abroad AFTER you have registered the UK born children as British, you will only need to show £22,400pa either joint or single. Until your UK born children are registered as British (if you plan this), they will be included in the financial calculation.

4. FLR(M) - but that is my opinion.

5. You need 12 months of your income and company accounts and SA302 etc. plus payslips and bankstatements for wife/you.

Thanks for your help.
If you apply after 6th April, the fees are all increasing.

Yeah i heard about fees from April 2016.

so i should be preparing for income of least £24,800 a year.

do i really have to show UK born dependent in FLR M application form if in case i don't get reply from HO before family applies for visa in April?

Thanks

Hi CR001

Can you please advice me as well i also have very similar case like a--r. I got my ILR two weeks ago. My wife in tier 1 ent visa. I have two kids both are born in UK. I want to apply FLRM for my wife and MN1for my kids. I am self employed and my wife yearly income around 7000.

Can i show our combine income for last 12 months ?

Do I need to show only income for my wife visa 18600 or do i need to show kids income well ( kids are not applying with mother going for MN1 )

My wife was on maternity leave in last 12 months time. Her maternity allowance pay will be part of her 12 months income or not.

I am self employed do i need to declare my 12 months income to hmrc and get sa302 or accountant calculate me income and produce account and write letter for my income to home office.

Thanks
