FLR(M) copy of passport and/or BRP

Post by Dantean » Mon Feb 08, 2016 11:13 pm

In Section 13, page 61 of the current version of FLR(M) under the heading "Your partner’s immigration status" it says:
Your partner’s current passport or travel document showing that he/she is present and settled in the UK. If you are making your application by post you can send a complete and full copy of your partner’s current passport or travel document. Every page of the passport must be copied including any blank pages.
If the partner has a Biometric Residence Permit which shows settled status (and nothing in the passport), is this asking for a copy of only the BRP, or is it implied that a copy of the passport AND the BRP are required as supporting documents?
