FLR (M) Extension

Post by koptalk » Tue Feb 16, 2016 9:51 am

Hello

I am about to apply for an extension for my wife. Her initial spouse visa expires in April. Having Read numerous posts and speaking to several different sources I'm if anything more confused.
What of the initial application can I re submit. For example in the new application is the Home information report from the original spouse visa application acceptable?, Or do I need a new one.
Do we need her Tb certificate/Biometrics from the initial application?
Is a SU07 form required?
http://uk-visa.ru/ukvisa.files/sponsor-form.pdf
From what I see the new application incorporates a lot of what was presented in the initial application. Is that true?

I did the initial spouse visa application myself and intend to this one aswell. Apart from validating passports is there really any need for a solicitor. Having consulted several in Manchester I'm not that confident of their abilities.
I have one issue that i'm worried about. For me to have the necessary 6 months wage slips I would have to go into the last week of my wifes visa. As currently the 6th month does not satisfy the £18,600 requirement. To be honest I have not satisfied the criteria for 80% of the visa. Will this prove to be a stumbling block ?
One look at the Wage slips showing the detail will highlight this. Are they just bothered about the 6 months or the whole 30 months?

I have over £65k in savings Would it be easier to tick this on the form or is it better to rely on the salary outright?
With my savings I have worked out that after disregarding the first £16K I can make up for the shortfall in earnings?. I'm just wondering if this will be detrimental to our application.

Currently i'm going to send..,

Letter of support from sponsor.
FLR (m) form
Su07 declaration (sponsorship undertaking)
2 photos applicant / 1 of sponsor
Applicants passport
Sponsors certified passport pages (photocopied and stamped by a solicitor)
Marriage certificate original
Childs birth certificate (born in the uk)
Tb medical certificate
Letter from parents outling we are in the process of purchasing our home from the council
Previous PROPERTY INSPECTION REPORT ???
A1 certificate (Should I include the toeic results aswell?
Around 12 photos of our wedding and a similar amount from our time her.
6 months bank statements/ wage slips + some historical statements to show savings over time.
Around 18/24 letters bills in our names as proof of address.
Letter of employment included in initial application and a letter confirming current salary.

ANYTHING I HAVE FORGOTTEN??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
