EEA1 anyone?!!!

Hello! I don;t quite understand the rules for EEA1... I want my husband to apply in person as then it's easier for EEA2.

So What does continuos uninterrupted employment mean? He was working for the agency He is registered with them for 3 years now They always seemed to provide with job but of course he wasn't working every week sometimes. he also few times a year went home...But officially he was in employment with them. How do they count 'uninterrupted'? Sometimes he was working 5 days a week, sometimes twice a week etc.

2. Hopefully i'll get FMRS. When then can I apply for EEA2? Towards then end of the FMRS?

busya13, has your husband been registered with the same employemnt agency continuously and if he has been around for 3 years why has he not been registered with WRS earlier?

Has he been getting paid every month and had what is your current visa status?

my husband was registered on the wrs for 3 years but lost the papers. my visa expires on the 21 november. by the way i sent my application last saturday and the home office was supposed to receive it on tuesday. when will they send me the confirmation letter that they received the application!?
