Hello Members. Can any one please advice. Spouse Entry clearance visa applicant's sponsor is paid an annual gross of 30,000 Pounds. He has been working for the same employer more than 3 years now and has his salary increased to 36,000 Pounds effective from April 2016 with the same employer.
He is planning to apply for his wife to join him in the UK on spouse visa in two months time. In the six months preceding the application date, he will have 4 pay slips with 2500 Pound monthly payment and 2 pay slips of 3000 Pounds monthly payment (as per the new raise in salary).
Can he simply apply as Cat A (Six months with the same employer) although his gross salary has now changed and write the gross salary as the new gross while supplying 4 pay slips which does not match the new gross or write the gross as the old gross and again supplying 2 pay slips which are different from the others (despite both sets exceeding the required amount)
He is trying to avoid giving the ECO an avoidable procedural reason for refusal and would appreciate your kind advice.
