Hello guys hope every one doing great
Please I want share the appeal process time
From North Africa applications
That we can have an idea how long it take from different part of the world
Thank you
My timeline is
Applied on 31/12/3015
Refused 20/1/2016
Reason for refuse no evidence of payslips and bank statement
And no divorce certificate (was send with application ) it my be mixed with others
Appeal on 1/2/2016
Still waiting
Applied 31/22/2015
Refused 20/01/2016
Reason for refusal no payslips and no bank statement
Showing payment
Appealed 1/2/2016 online
11/5/16 got letter saying withdraw of decision
What next now

Yes I do have them
I ve send them with the application first time
But the person how is been dealing with my case did not notice them
Or been miss placed

So I thought I have a good chance to overturn
The decision early stage s

I appealed with all documents on the 1/2/2016
Since then I did not hear or received any news
Spoke to the tribunal 2 times they say you will hear from us in due course.

I ve just emailed
global.appeals@fco.gov.uk

And they replied automatic reply
But they did not say they going to be in touch with me
They said thank you for getting in touch
And please follow the info on you refusal letter


Any idea if they going to be back to me
