UK Spousal Visa Unpaid sick SALARIED

Post by juskris » Mon May 02, 2016 3:13 am

I have a concern about the fninacial requirement for spousal visa (Cat A salaried) in UK where I can't find the answer anywhere. I just start working in the UK and jus finished my 6month. My salary is £20000 which means I have been earning £1666.66 per month with the exception of the 5th month (March) where I was sick for 2 days and therefore earned £1512. I've read that the rule it goes by the lowest level of income, so by my understanding, that was disqualify me. However since it was due to UNPAID sick leave, does this still disqualify me? Can I just provide one more month (7th) of £1666.66 to cover the unpaid sick day or do I have to wait 5 more months? I've read an example in the appendix for a similar case, but it seemed as if it was just for non salaried. Please help. Thank u :)
