Still not received documents after decision on FLR(M)

We received a decision on the 1st of June and have been waiting for a whole month for the return of our documents!!! It clearly states on the website that it takes 10 working days to receive the documents! When I have made phone calls in regards to this I have been passed from one department to another. Has anyone else experianced this?
