Please help

There you are filling in the FLRm form and got the whole beast ready and you are ready to send it off by post..
but when and how to pay for the NHS charges? the form and the guidance is not fully explaining that is it ?

do you Go online and pay first and send proof with the FLRm application ?

You don't need to start a new thread for every question you have on your application!

The NHS surcharge has to be paid online before submitting your application as you will need to include the IHS reference number that you will be issued with once payment has been made.
(Casa, not CR001)

Use the link to pay for NHS charges called 'immigration health surcharge (IHS)'. You'll be given a reference number which you can put in your application.
