Ugent help required!

Hi ,
I am switching to FLR(M) from enterprenuer , we got married 5 years ago back home but never registered our wedding here with council etc. Now as i am applying FLRM am i required to register our wedding here aswell?

2.is there any need to take my business documents with me at premium service?

PLEASE HELP.Thanks in advance

1. There is no requirement to register a marriage in the UK if you married abroad and the marriage is legal and valid in that country.

2. HO might ask for stuff, they might not. Always best to be 200% prepared when dealing with HO.
