Is one double bedroom ok for suitable accommodation? Docs?

Post by jjb1989 » Mon Oct 17, 2016 5:40 pm

Hi,

I live in a shared 3 bedroom accommodation. When my wife comes here we would be using the double bedroom with attached bathroom. The family we live with are the owners as well. What documents do I need to show I have suitable accommodation for me and my wife when I apply for marriage visa? Thank you.

You will need a property inspection report + a letter from the owners agreeing to your wife living in the property + a copy of the owners mortgage agreement, or if owned outright, a copy of the property deeds.

Why the copy of property mortgage/deed will need as the owner isn't parent/relative who supporting.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
