FLR (M) Section 7B

Dear Member,

I met the financial requirement under Category A of salaried employment.

Reading the first line in Section 7B - Maintenance. I think I don't need to complete this part.

But then after reading few lines down, it said ' ALL applications must provide specified evidence set out in..."

Because it said 'ALL', should I still fill in this section ??

just wonder if anyone have applied FLR (M) know if I need to complete this part at all??

No, you do not fill in that section unless you are exempt from meeting the financial requirements.
'You only need to complete this section if:
(i) You qualify for an exemption from meeting the income threshold element of the nancial requirement.
(ii) You were granted leave to enter or remain as a partner under Chapter 8 of the Immigration Rules following an application submitted before 9 July 2012.'
