£18,600 : Salaried or Non-Salaried ? Formula/Calculation ?

Post by Dewsk » Fri Oct 28, 2016 11:18 pm

Hi,
I am so glad that I found this site at last minute.
I desperately need a professional advise on my situation.

I am applying for my spouse visa renewal. My visa will expire in November
I worked as a permanent employee till mid September at £18500 annual salary. I left the job( in mid September) to take up a 9 months course which eventually leads to a guaranteed professional job at the end of the course.
However , From October I Work for the same company part time £8.98 per hour and 21 hours per week.
My spouse work flexible hours , hourly paid non-salaried ( employer letter does not mention as permanent). His last six months salary summation is £9400, however, he got £1100 (due to annual leave) and two more £1300 for two months . So he got only 3 months at above £1550 .
We both work for the same companies for last 6 months.
Can we apply via catagary a and how this situation will affect my visa application.

Thank you very much
