Financial Req VAF4A Apx 2 & Property Evidence

Hello All,
Many Thanks for taking the time to read my post and hopefully you can provide some helpful guidance & information in order for me to answer some questions I have below.

I am the sponsor of this application for my spouse.

Firstly - I will be living with a parent who has sufficient accommodation. Do I need a property inspection or can i just take pictures and provide house deeds?

Secondly - as i will be moving to my parents i have no bills in my name, what do you suggest to show i will be soon living there?

Thirdly - Category A or B? - i am confused as to which option i should be going for.
- I have been working with the same employer for over 3 years
- My salary is over £18,600 and each month for the last 12 months i have earned over £1,550 per month.
- In August 2016 I was promoted within the same company.

as i will be submitting the application within 3 months of starting my promotion job, i am confused as to which category i should submit it under as i have been in the new position with the same company since august 2016 which is less that the 6 months to apply under category A?

3.11 What is your sponsors annual income before tax?
Is this basic annual salary ie annual headline pay or should i also include the benefits and operational allowances

If you read the Financial Requirement VAF4A Appendix 2.
3.12 - Has your sponsor been in employment with the same employer earning the amount as detailed in 3.11 continuously for 6 months prior to the date of the application (Category A)
If yes go to 3.21 if No go to 3.13

I have been with the same employer over 3 years, however in my current position with the same company i have been in it for less than 3 months but am now earning more money. what do i choose?

Yes -
No - if no go to 3.20

My salary with the same company was lesser prior to August 16 but still meets the financial requirement.

what was your sponsors total income before tax from salaried employment 12 months prior to the application?

(if i choose this should i show the first job here before the promotion?)
If so, do i show pay which includes benefits and bonus's & how I should be working out the total income before tax?
