No, there is no longer an ILR based on 7 year child concession. This was done away with a long time ago.

As ohara has asked, what is your current visa status?

You could probably look at FLR(FP), which will probably be a 10 year route to ILR (4 x 2.5 year visas) IF you are successful.

The 9 month absence might be an issue though.

This article by Freemovement is explanatory.

https://www.freemovement.org.uk/can-chi ... residence/

Your child hasn't spent 7 years of continuous residence in the UK which isn't in your favour.

Also note:
"The Home Office position in almost all cases seems to be that it would be reasonable for a child to accompany his or her parents abroad, so very few applications under this rule are currently succeeding."

As member ohara has asked, what is the immigration status of you and the other parent. :?:

No response to the question about your current immigration status? If you only give 50% of the information, it's only possible to give 50% of the relevant advice.
