Hi,
I have been asked by HO to attend interview with my spouse.
The letter says:
" Please bring to the interview any documentation you consider may be relevant to the application. In order to meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules relating to the spouse of a settled person you are required to demonstrate that you have completed a period of 24 months/two years as the spouse of a settled person and that your relationship is subsisting. In order to demonstrate this you are requested to bring to the interview the following:
- Evidence of co-habitation up to the date of interview. "
We got married in Nov16 so its only few months now so why did they say 2yrs?
Secondly can anyone tell me what do they need or expect me to bring?
A part from interview do they want anything else?
Phone calls records/msgs or anything else?
Thanks
