My husband arrived in uk on 24th january 2015 could somebody please give me the exact date he can apply for flrm please is it july 24th sorry im so confused

He should apply no earlier than 28 days before the date he has completed 2.5 years in the UK and no later than the expiry date of his current visa.

He will require A2 level English and in addition to the visa fee he will have to pay the £500 NHS surcharge.

he has just passed his A2 english test we will be applying priority because ofthe short space he has before visa runs out so what date could he apply for flrm for priority please if you give me a date he will try and get an appointment in croydon for this date many thankyou in advance

I'm about to log-off. Count back 28 days from the date he will have been living in the UK on his current visa. He can apply no earlier than that date. :idea:
