First i must say this website has ALOT of info, many thatnks to all involved

Now my problem :(

My husband and i have been happily married almost 3 and a half years. We currently live in doha-qatar and want to move to the uk. We have baby boy one and a half years. My son and i are british citizens but dh (husband) is not. we want to apply for hes visa now. For our accomodation can we use my mothers place as proof of accomodation? its a 3 bed council house. My mother is disabled but the lease agreement has my name under it so would that be OK as proof or should we rent a place of ourselves?

Also husband dosent speak english and he cant get a job offer without a visa, catch 22, but i know he can get hes visa if we show enough income to support us, but my question is how much is enough?? how much should we show in hes account?

might be back to ask more questions, im drawing a blank for now.
