spouse visa rejection

Applied for a Spouse visa for my wife who is in Pakistan which got rejected on grounds of ielts being academic rather then the UKVI one which makes no sense to me as to isn't the sole purpose to make sure they can check if the applicant is English proficient or not .
Any ways a few financial documents were missing too (confirmation of submission with hmrc of ct600 and dividend wouchers)
We are still thinking if we should appeal with added documents or just reapply ?

Previously I used to just withdraw money as dividends but beginning this year asked my accountant for pay slips which were generated but I forgot to move funds from my business to personal account . I have done that now but am just worried as to will that have an impact as to why funds were not transferred the same month pay slips were generated rather then after 2 months....I don't think it should be a big deal as I am the sole director of the company but again we never know ...Would love to know if some one is in the same situation and can guide us ..

I would recommend re apply with ielts for Ukvi as that's acceptable selt.
I don't know answer for your other question some seniors may be able to advise you on that.
