Spouse visa.

Post by Rish_J » Wed Sep 27, 2017 10:13 am

I am a resident of India. My father is a British citizen. Now, me, my brother and my mom are planning to shift to the UK. Now, I want to know whether me and my brother(both under 18) are eligible as dependents in my mom's settlement visa. Please help.

Thank you.

Yes if your are both under 18, there should be no issues. How old are you two??

Your father must meet the financial requirement of £24,800pa and proof of adequate accommodation.

Visa cost is £1,464 EACH and you also have to pay £600 EACH immigration Health surcharge.

Mother needs to meet the English requirement.
