We are applying for Ancestry Visas, we have done the online application and the IHS payment however when we were doing the IHS payment for my daughter and husband who are coming as my dependents it only aloud me to pay for 1 year instead of 5 which was fine because I was told they would email for the remaining amount once they linked their applications to mine as an ancestry visa.
We received the emails on Thursday 02 November with the link to do the additional payment. My husband managed to follow the link and do his additional payment but when I followed the link to do my daughters it took me to my husbands page where he had already done his payment. I then noticed that they had used my husbands GWF number for my daughter.
I have emailed them on 02, 03, and yesterday but have had no response or new link to do the payment for my daughter and it states in their email if the amount is not paid by the 11th the visa will be declined. I am not sure what else to do in order to get this resolved, does anyone have any advice or been in this situation?
I would appreciate some help.
