Hi everyone, i have just joined on here hoping to find answers to some of my questions. 1. I have just signed up for an IVA as a way of managing my debts. The Citizens Advisory Bureau advice me to go for Bankruptcy but i don't like the idea. My question is will having an IVA affect my UK Ancestry visa application? 2. I also have HMRC debts which i am in talks with HMRC for a payment plan. WILL this affect my visa extension application? Please kindly help if you have any advice. Thank You!
