I have been reporting every month and now they changed me to report every week now can anyone tell i should be scared

I used to report every week for one year then asked them to change to weekly basis as it was always hard to travel.

In your case, i cant say anything.

Sounds no good to me personally...

I think reporting here mentions about reporting to the immigration centres. Where asylum seekers have to go and report to an immigration officer every month or every week.
