Hello,

We are putting all the documents for my 3 months old son passport who was born in the philippines.

Today I found out from my wife that all her maternity, discharge record and ultrasound was all wet ( I dont know how they wouldn’t tell me). However on my wifes spouse visa application (which was approved) I decided to photo copy all of it & submitted it as an addition documents, and I would like to know if they would accept a xerox copy of everything and just have it authenticated by the hospital with a seal & letter?
