HSMP Dependant Visa

Hi,

My Wife get HSMP dependant visa from pakistan month ago. But she will travel within 2 to 3 months of time instaed of 28 days after issuing of Visa.

Will it make any impact at the extension?,
Does she need to cover extra time, while extending the Visa?

Please help with your experience or document evidence.
