Hey guys,
my father's a British citizen and im 17 years old gonna turn 18 by next year June,and i wanna go to UK for my undergrad so Do i have any benefits from him or do i need to go for a student visa.

points to consider
i was born outside the U.K
my father became a citizen after i was born like when i was 13 years old.

OP is not 18 yet, he will be next june, therefore he may still qualify. Giving his age, the issue of sole responsibility may not be much of an obstacle.

You ought to have applied before you turned 18, but now that you are 18, it is pretty tough.

Interesting. I don't know why people do this. It is like they are trying to waste out time.

That is why I just don't bother replying sometimes, as the version are so contradicting of each other, at best and deceit at worst.

Agree completely Obie, just lose the will sometimes to be honest and people seem to just take it for granted that free advice can't be demanded.

My dad is applying for a spouse visa with child (me)

do we need to fill in just one application for both wife and child

what form do we need to fill appendix 1 or appendix 2 or appendix 2 for both( only one form).
some say its only one form for both.! we are so confused right now!

what are fee we know its 1464 pounds per application .. do i need to pay seperate fee ? and seperate ihs? 1464*2 and 600*2?

A note though, IF you are already 18 as your other username states, your application will be refused.

CR001 i will be 17 at the time of online application. But i will turn 18 at when i go for biometrics .

so it wont be a promblem right?

Why are you applying so late? Why don’t you and your mother apply earlier and postpone the travel date up to three months, if necessary?

The applicant must be under the age of 18 at the date of application.

we wont be having 6 month payslips if we are applying earlier ... SO there wont be a promblem if i apply now
i will turn 18 during the visa process....
