Hi

I am looking for advice on my wife spouse settlement visa which is expiring on 26th june 2018

she arrived in the uk on oct 2015, we are looking to go for priority appointment

can you advice when can apply with 28 days rule? can i book around may last week to june 1st week?

Yes you can apply first week of June.

i tried to get slot on june 1st week but not available, i got slot on 29th may which i booked

is that be ok? exaclty 28 days before

It is too early for first week of June. Appointments are only available 42 days in advance.

But the May seems to be fine yes.
