FLR M Premium Service Appointment

Good Evening Board members

my flr m 2nd extension is due on may 2018. i need some help with few questions please.

1. i have already booked an appointment for premium service center on 30th of April 2018 and my visa will be expired on 24th of May 2018. is that OK i have booked well in advance? it's 28days before current leave expires
2. i will have 6 months payslip of my wife employer and bank statement ready next month (which is above the income threshold) . i'm self employed. i have hmrc last year tax statement which i have paid (also over the income threshold) and i'm still working as a self employed for security company i have all the invoices and bank statement to proof the payment coming into my account.
my question is which category should i relay? of fill in FLR M form?
7.3A income from salaried employed. Category relying on A or
7.3B income from self employment. Category relying on F?
in both question i met the income criteria. but don't know if i fill in both question of just 1?

also any help how to get ready the documents for attending the premium service center
i will really appreciate your help

1. Your appointment date is fine which is within the 28 days of visa expiring.

2. To keep case straight don't use your self employed income if your partner is earning sufficiently and can manage to get the relevant financial documentation.

so what about questions related to my source of income or what i do? employment/self employment?
shall i leave these question blank? and don't submit any documents with application related to my self employment?

i just need to ask a question.
me spouse is salaried employed and her earning is above the income threshold
i also a self employed security worker and my earning is also above the income threshold
my question is shall i complete both section of 7A 7.3A Income from Salaried Employment
and 7.3B income from self employment
in both cases we meet the financial requirement and can i tick on two option i'm relying and fill both section?
category A for salaried employed and category F full financial detail for last year ?

any help would be appreciate

As mentioned above very visibly that if either of you is earning sufficient earning through employment then preferably only use that route. However, if you still wish to use self employment income then feel free to use it as well but usually self employment require more extensive range of documents and HO mostly perform rigorous checks over self employment. Also remember both sources can confuse very easily to caseworker. That's why for a straight forward case show only employment income.
