International Transfer and Effect Wife Spouse Visa

Dear Members,

I am a British Citizen, my company has recently started talking to me to transfer me to abroad as an Expat to complete few assignments for the company.

My wife is a Pakistani National, she's here on her spouse Visa which is due for its 1st extension in June 2019. I would like to know what will happen to my wifes visa if I accept my companies offer for relocation.

She won't qualify for an extension as you are not 'present and settled' in the UK.

If you go, she goes with you and then if you want to return she would likely have to start again from scratch.

If you moving to Europe with partner then returning back uk then maybe eligible for surinder Singh route under EU route but not fully sure as how long will it last due to brexit changes.
