Spouse visa

Hi
My husband currently holding refugee status in uk. He got a travel document which expires in may 2018. Then he need apply for the ilr.
Also he need to sponsor me . Can we apply for a spouse visa in next month?
Are there any rules regarding this? I'm confused biz his visa expire date is near.
Please can anyone help me? Admin please help me.

What is your immigration status in the UK?

If you are outside the UK, you will have to wait for your spouse to get ILR before he can sponsor you for a spouse visa and you have to meet all the requirements.
