FLR IR - CHILD WITH VISITOR VISA

HI,

I previously asked for help in regards to bringing my children to the UK. Initially, I was thinking of bringing them here to join family of a settled person. I have ILR DV.

I am just looking for options on how I could bring them here.

I was thinking of joining family.

Then, I was thinking of them having a visitor visa first. I read that visitors can apply while in the UK for FLR (IR). Is this possible?

I would really appreciate your enlightenment on this please.
