HSMP Extension Appeal

Hi All,
I have appeal my hsmp extension refusal and the Determination letter sent to me by the AIT says my appeal is allowed. I received this letter since February 25, 2008. But up till now I have not received any letter from Home Office on what next to do. Please, can anyone tell me what next to do as the waiting period has been very frustrating and demoralizing.
