FLR(M) Bio-metric card received without documents

Hi,

Wife applied for FLR-M on June 13th from within UK

BRP card received yesterday 15-08-2018 but no letter to say your application is successful and passport and original documents not returned before BRP.

Is this normal ?

Documents are returned separately to the BRP Card.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
