FLR FP refusal without incountry appeal

Post by Tg18 » Mon Nov 12, 2018 3:03 am

Helll, my FLR FP is refused with no in country appeal right. A bit about me:
Came in Jan 2010 on t4 visa, married and applied T1 dependant. Qualified for set o ilr in 2016 alonh with my husband, no decision made until 2018 so varied to FLR FP as husband varied ILR LR.
Received refusal on 06/11/18 on FLR FP while husband issued ILR.
What option do i have now? Can i apply FLR FM from UK , can a new aaplication be made when on immigration bail?

We are going for PAP to reconsider or give appeal right on FLR FP refusal. I have a 3 yr old and 3 months old both born in UK. 3 months old does not have a passport so leaving UK is not possible as by the time we have her passport i will be past 14 days and an overstayer.

What.is the best way to save my 10yr long residency so i can apply ILR LR in jan 2020.

Thanks

Hello, can you please advice if it is ok to apply a new application if existing application is refused with no in country appeal right? Is the new application valid? Thank you

I suggest you see a specialist immigration solicitor as your case is very complex and you need expert advice / guidance.
