documents for uk marriage

l am a british woman, and my fiance is brazilian. How important is it to have these documents? l was told that i needed to have a p60, pay slips, and a letter from my employer. We are planning on getting married in Brazil and then applying for a spouse visa.

Hello,

My advice, make sure you keep all the documentary evidence of communication if the person you intend to marry is abroad and if you living together proof of documents, utility bills and proof of working.
